Once installed, Kai observes how the experts on your manufacturing shop floor actually work, and learns directly from the decisions they make. Kai can also ask those experts questions when something is unclear — the same way an apprentice would learn on the job.

Once it has learned enough, Kai combines the knowledge with standard best practices and theoretical knowledge to build highly effective training modules. That way, tribal knowledge is never lost when someone leaves — it's captured directly from the decisions being made, every day.
